Lead structural design and integration for wing and empennage, using 3-D CAD and composite design methods. Oversee analysis, testing, supplier development, certification documentation (CFR Part 25/21), and mentor team members while collaborating with international partners.

Lead continuous improvement and Lean initiatives to optimize production for large-scale satellite manufacturing. Develop process flow models, identify equipment and workspace improvements, implement corporate-level processes, and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and R&D teams to increase productivity, reduce lead time, and maximize resource utilization.
