Investigate root causes, recommend repairs or design/process changes, support producibility, lead cross-functional teams, and document dispositions per FAA/OEM requirements. Exercise independent authority on structural components under production timelines.

Design and develop RF and digital satellite communication systems. Implement and verify multirate, fixed-point DSP algorithms, perform performance analysis, waveform development, trade studies, and support integration, test, and HDL-level design. Lead engineering teams and IR&D activities across system lifecycle from concept through in-orbit operations.

Administer and maintain Millennium's Atlassian/JIRA environments (production, dev, test); build projects, workflows, permissions; monitor server health; perform data migrations; provide user support and training; prepare documentation and coordinate upgrades and maintenance with IT.

Supports the Program Management Office and Program Manager by managing business requirements, schedules, work breakdown structures, program cadence, reporting, communication plans, affordability models, change controls, financial and resource baselines, and program management documentation. Coordinates performance visibility and Earned Value Management while supporting program standards, cross-functional planning, and continuous improvement.

Lead the second-shift engineering team supporting manufacturing, assembly, quality, and operations. Provide strategic and technical leadership for nonconforming conditions, production issues, engineering deviations, and complex manufacturing challenges. Allocate resources, prioritize recovery and production support, collaborate across engineering and business functions, and drive timely decisions that reduce disruption, defects, traveled work, and schedule impacts while maintaining engineering, regulatory, and company requirements.

Drive supplier quality and material reliability across supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing. Lead containment and root-cause analysis for nonconformances, track yields and escapes, implement corrective actions, improve supplier capability, and incorporate lessons learned into NPI to meet program reliability goals.
