Leads the design, analysis, fabrication, verification, and support of airplane manufacturing tools, including jigs, fixtures, gauges, drill equipment, handling systems, and test equipment. Applies structural, electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing engineering principles; resolves fabrication issues; conducts cost and trade studies; drives process improvements and technology development; creates tooling instructions and layouts; oversees deliverables; and collaborates with production, manufacturing engineering, product definition, and customers.

Develop, refactor, and migrate Java and C++ codebases to modern languages and platforms (Java 25, Rust). Migrate data from Oracle to discrete stores (PostGres), design REST/gRPC APIs, resolve cross-system issues, apply CI/CD and Agile practices, containerize applications, and collaborate with architects, DBAs, and domain experts while producing technical documentation.
