Lead modeling, simulation, and analysis for satellite missions and constellations. Optimize aerospace manufacturing processes via workflow and layout design, value stream mapping, time-and-motion studies, capacity analysis and line balancing. Drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma, develop KPIs and dashboards, integrate safety/ergonomics, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and facilities to improve efficiency, quality, cost, and delivery.

Serve on the Material Review Board to disposition production nonconformances for aerostructures. Investigate root causes, recommend repairs or design/process changes, manage projects, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with FAA/OEM delegated requirements for machined parts, composites, assemblies, and systems integration.

Responsible for Guidance, Navigation, and Control engineering for unmanned aircraft, including design, modeling, simulation, and flight testing support.

Serve as Material Review Engineer in an aerospace MRO environment to disposition production nonconformances per FAA and OEM requirements, provide minor repair dispositions, liaise with DER/Service Engineers, investigate root causes, support composites work, lead cross-functional projects, and document substantiations for structural components and assemblies.

The Associate Tool Engineer designs manufacturing tools for aerospace, improves processes, resolves fabrication concerns, and provides project leadership in tool engineering.

Develop and document electronic and electrical system requirements, hardware, software, and interface specifications for 787 avionics and electrical subsystems. Test and validate designs, monitor supplier performance, support production and customer introductions, resolve fielded hardware and software issues, and research technology advances. The role operates in a sustaining production environment across the product lifecycle.
