Lead development and execution of integrated flight and ground test programs: create test plans, manage requirements traceability, coordinate cross-functional IPTs, oversee test data and hardware/software design, control schedule/cost/configuration, support program reviews, and contribute to proposals and program management activities to ensure successful T&E outcomes.

Designs, stabilizes, and improves production systems and processes for aerospace manufacturing. Develops layouts, capacity plans, workflows, models, metrics, facility modifications, and supports execution planning, supply chain logistics, and compliance with safety and ergonomic standards.

Develop and maintain simulation environments, test tools, and automation for F-22 avionics labs. Collaborate with lab partners and cross-functional teams to design, validate, and integrate simulation models, perform V&V, collect/process data, and modernize legacy systems while supporting hardware/software integration and test infrastructure.

Lead technical development and integration of RF apertures and antennas for an air vehicle program. Provide technical leadership, approve approaches, mentor engineers, coordinate with program leaders, capture lessons learned, and resolve complex problems to meet sensing, structural, and low-observable requirements and program milestones.

Provide materials and processes (M&P) engineering support for electrical/electronic parts, PWBs, assemblies, and LRUs on aircraft programs. Select and control EE materials/processes, develop and review M&P control plans, work with suppliers and manufacturing for compliance, validate parts/processes, reduce hazardous materials, and document verification methods. Support integrated product teams and ensure contractual and export-control requirements are met.

Develop software solutions for aviation systems, focusing on simulation and integration within agile teams while providing technical leadership and process improvements.

Lead design and verification of high-performance ASICs/SoCs and multi-FPGA systems. Drive architecture, HDL implementation, verification (SystemVerilog/UVM), timing closure, hardware integration, and FPGA prototyping. Mentor teams, coordinate with systems/customers, and ensure delivery of production designs meeting program requirements.
