Develop processes, approve technical approaches, coordinate with program leadership and customers, drive continuous improvements, and develop employees to meet contractual and operational goals.

Leadership role managing multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety, reliability, and performance of Boeing 767 or 787 fleets. Develop and execute departmental plans, allocate resources, oversee technical deliverables and regulatory compliance, mentor staff, engage customers and stakeholders worldwide, support PPO transitions, participate in safety programs, and provide 24/7 emergent issue support with up to 25% travel.
