Support Zipline's Emerging Talent program by coordinating intern hiring and onboarding, scheduling candidates, managing ATS workflows in Greenhouse, hosting meet-and-greets, facilitating events and training demos, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate and intern experience.

Contract recruiter to manage full-cycle early-career hiring and campus programs. Plan and run university events, hackathons, and career-fair representation. Partner with hiring managers, maintain ATS pipeline data, and travel domestically during peak recruiting seasons to source and engage students for internships and entry-level roles.

Design and build growth-focused systems to drive customer acquisition, onboarding, activation, referrals, and retention. Implement attribution, experimentation, referral, promo, and lifecycle messaging infrastructure; analyze funnel performance; partner with marketing and operations; and rapidly launch experiments using analytics and AI-assisted workflows.
