Own material and asset flow for maintenance hubs: receive and inspect inbound shipments, maintain inventory accuracy via ERP and cycle counts, kit and stage materials, manage asset accountability and vehicle readiness, coordinate shipments, and improve material flow and procedures through data-driven problem solving.

Lead structural analysis for Zipline aircraft: own and validate GFEM/DFEMs, perform rapid hand calculations and FEM studies, support certification and test correlation, lead failure investigations, mentor contributors, and support field/flight tests to improve reliability, mass, and fleet availability.

Lead architecture, design, integration, validation, and production of highly integrated multi-radio RF front-end systems for aircraft and ground platforms. Define RF architectures supporting LTE/5G, GNSS, Wi‑Fi, ADS‑B/UAT, Bluetooth, ISM, V2V; perform RF system analysis, coexistence mitigation, antenna-sharing and MIMO strategies; develop lab validation and production test methods; support certifications and supplier/manufacturer integration; mentor engineers and establish RF design standards and roadmaps.

Lead RF desense and electromagnetic shielding architecture across Zipline platforms. Analyze, mitigate, validate, and productionize receiver desense solutions for multi-radio systems (LTE/5G, GNSS, Wi‑Fi, ADS‑B, Bluetooth, ISM). Develop shielding strategies, perform lab and flight testing, define design standards, support certification, collaborate across disciplines, and mentor engineers to ensure robust RF coexistence and GNSS performance in production products.

Lead systems engineering for safety-critical electromechanical autonomous systems. Own requirements, decomposition, interface definition, verification, test coverage, and validation. Drive cross-disciplinary trade studies, set performance/safety/cost budgets, evaluate release and test standards, and partner with design and certification teams to prove flight worthiness to regulators.
