Own mechanical architecture and detailed designs for Dropbox electromechanical assemblies from requirements through production and field operation. Drive trade studies, GD&T and tolerance stacks, FEA and kinematic analysis, prototype and test campaigns, supplier qualification, and root-cause failure investigations to improve reliability, manufacturability, and serviceability for unattended customer-facing systems.

Lead mechanical design of battery and power electronics hardware from requirements through production. Design enclosures, busbars, and power distribution components; perform structural, thermal, vibration, EMI analyses; create production CAD, drawings, and GD&T; plan and execute environmental and reliability testing; qualify suppliers and support manufacturing handoff; mentor engineers and provide cross-functional technical leadership.

Support community engagement by planning and executing events, producing content for newsletters and social media, responding to community inquiries, researching needs and trends, tracking engagement metrics, and providing administrative support to strengthen local partnerships and outreach.

Design and own mechanical architecture for antenna and RF assemblies across avionics: translate RF requirements into mechanical constraints, create CAD, drawings, BOMs, tolerance and environmental analyses, build test fixtures, partner with RF and manufacturing, lead failure investigations, and qualify parts and processes for production and field reliability.
