SkillBridge trainee responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing inbound parts and tools; maintaining inventory accuracy via ERP transactions and cycle counts; kitting, staging, and delivering materials to maintenance; managing asset accountability and fleet readiness; coordinating shipments and transportation; and improving processes through data-driven problem solving.

Lead end-to-end production of integrated marketing campaigns across print, OOH, retail, events, packaging, direct mail, merchandise, and digital. Manage vendors, budgets, timelines, proofs, logistics, and installations. Build scalable workflows, intake systems, and vendor relationships. Align cross-functional stakeholders, manage capacity, and ensure campaigns launch on brand, on time, and on budget.

Lead development and scaling of partner marketing as a growth channel: build strategy, playbooks, and joint marketing plans; run integrated co-marketing campaigns; convert partner channels into acquisition programs; define prioritization and measurement frameworks; create repeatable planning and reporting; and identify new partnership opportunities.

Lead development of compensation philosophy, frameworks, and governance; set strategy for senior/executive pay; partner with Recruiting, Finance, and People teams; perform market benchmarking, compensation analyses and modeling; advise on promotions, leveling, and organizational changes; build scalable tools, processes, and Total Rewards recommendations to support global growth and retention.

Design, build, commission, and improve mechanical test equipment for battery and power electronics validation. Responsibilities include structural design, actuation systems, FEA and hand calculations, safety systems, CAD documentation, supplier management, and integration with instrumentation, controls, and automation to enable repeatable lab testing and manufacturing validation.

Partner with SG&A leaders to improve organizational effectiveness: guide hiring, performance, promotions, coach managers, handle employee relations, support L&D and People Ops, and reinforce culture.

Lead end-to-end mechanical/electromechanical subsystem development from requirements through production sustainment. Create CAD/GD&T drawings, perform hand-calcs and FEA, plan and execute verification tests, design fixtures, and qualify suppliers. Drive manufacturability, reliability metrics, cross-functional tradeoffs, and mentor or set technical standards depending on level.

Lead ground test strategy for the droid and its interaction with pickup infrastructure. Design, build, and operate mechanical test fixtures, life-test rigs, and environmental test systems; develop instrumentation and Python automation for data collection and evaluation; drive test campaigns from prototype to production; triage cross-domain failures and support suppliers and manufacturing ramps.
