Lead and manage complex aerospace and defense programs from scope definition through delivery. Develop and execute program plans, manage timelines, budgets and resources, mitigate risks, coordinate stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and develop proposals for new or follow-on business.

Lead NDE engineering inspections and develop advanced nondestructive evaluation methods for aerospace components. Support supplier audits and technique approvals, author procedures/specs, expand lab capabilities, participate in NDE development programs, and train/mentor personnel while representing Honeywell in industry standards committees.

Design, develop, and test low-voltage electronic systems; perform controls programming (National Instruments or equivalent); work with robotics systems; conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements; provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams to deliver electrical engineering solutions.

Lead implementation of new manufacturing techniques for aerospace NPI. Review designs for manufacturability and cost, manage MRL and UPC models, drive APQP/Flawless Launch artifacts, coordinate suppliers, plan capital for tooling/test, manage RTY targets, facilitate production readiness and transitions, support program scheduling, cost takeout, DFx and cross-functional IPT activities to meet program milestones.

Manage and optimize inventory and supply chain operations: develop inventory strategies, analyze demand, implement process improvements and automation/AI, govern reporting, document standard work, and lead projects to improve planning performance.

Manage and optimize end-to-end logistics including transportation, warehousing, and inventory. Develop cost- and efficiency-focused strategies, oversee suppliers and 3PLs, ensure regulatory compliance, lead direct reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure on-time order fulfillment.

Lead advanced manufacturing strategies and provide technical leadership for Engines & Power Systems programs. Drive adoption of automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing, lead cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, analyze manufacturing metrics, and implement continuous improvement to optimize production and product quality.
