Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, source and engage passive candidates, manage the interview process, negotiate offers, and improve recruiting processes and candidate experience. Onsite five days per week.

Design opto-mechanical structures, mounts, and mechanisms that preserve optical alignment through thermal changes, launch vibration, and on-orbit conditions. Collaborate with optics, optical communications, and mechanical teams; perform CAD modeling and FEA to validate gravity sag, thermal distortion, and vibration performance for deep-space missions.
