Design, analyze, build, and test Terran R flight mechanisms (stage separation, payload deployment, landing gear, aero actuation). Lead full design cycle, conduct trade studies, define requirements, collaborate with structures, avionics, fluids, additive manufacturing and test teams to deliver flight hardware on schedule and budget.

Lead internal communications strategy and execution to align employees with company mission and priorities. Manage executive communications, editorial calendar, channels (Slack, intranet, newsletters, video), change-management messaging, crisis response, and cross-functional storytelling. Lead avionics system-level integration, validation, testing, and operations for Terran R. Design and execute component, subsystem, and vehicle-level test plans, develop CONOPs, automation, and test infrastructure, support integrated testbeds, on-console operations, and data review during stage tests and launches.
