Perform CFD analyses for combustion device hardware (injectors, thrust chambers, heat exchangers, igniters); review test and flight data to validate models; collaborate with hardware designers using thermofluid expertise; develop analysis approaches to reduce design iterations; apply scripting for engineering workflows.

Lead and grow the Stage Materials & Processes Engineering team to develop, qualify, and support materials and processes for Terran R stage systems. Collaborate across vehicle, manufacturing, NDE, quality, and supply chain teams; drive dispositions, risk mitigation, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions; manage budgeting and staffing; set technical and leadership standards.

Support corporate legal operations: maintain entity records and filings, manage board/stockholder documentation, assist financings and due diligence, administer equity plans, negotiate NDAs, support investor relations, and provide litigation administrative support.

Design and develop primary and secondary flight structures and mechanisms for the Terran R rocket from concept through release. Create CAD models and drawings, perform packaging and tolerance analyses, integrate DFM choices with manufacturing, manage BOMs and configuration in PLM, and support fabrication and release activities using NX/Teamcenter.
