Own development, test, and integration of navigation avionics for Terran R. Lead architectural trades, create acceptance and qualification test plans, and integrate GNSS and IMU sensors for high-dynamic launch environments. Support hardware bring-up, validation, debugging, and data analysis while collaborating cross-functionally to enable landing, recovery, and reuse of the booster stage.

Design, test, and analyze custom high-speed avionics electronics for Terran R across full product lifecycle, including board bring-up, verification, qualification, manufacturing, integration, and vehicle operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead and manage an avionics hardware team to design, build, test, qualify, and support custom electronics for Terran R across the full product lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional integration and enforcing rigorous engineering processes.

Lead internal communications strategy and execution to align employees with company mission and priorities. Manage executive communications, editorial calendar, channels (Slack, intranet, newsletters, video), change-management messaging, crisis response, and cross-functional storytelling. Partner with leaders and subject-matter experts to translate technical progress into clear narratives and collaborate with design and production to create multimedia content.

Design, analyze, build, and test Terran R flight mechanisms (stage separation, payload deployment, landing gear, aero actuation). Lead full design cycle, conduct trade studies, define requirements, collaborate with structures, avionics, fluids, additive manufacturing and test teams to deliver flight hardware on schedule and budget.

Design, implement, verify, and validate custom FPGA firmware for Terran R across the full product lifecycle. Lead FPGA development including RTL design, synthesis, timing analysis, board bring-up, qualification, and flight production while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated, mission-critical avionics systems.

Lead avionics system-level integration, validation, testing, and operations for Terran R. Design and execute component, subsystem, and vehicle-level test plans, develop CONOPs, automation, and test infrastructure, support integrated testbeds, on-console operations, and data review during stage tests and launches.

Support vehicle build and verification across the Terran R lifecycle: define and own verification activities, write/review test objectives, matrices, and plans, drive qualification and hotfire campaigns, enable scalable manufacturing, balance technical/cost/schedule tradeoffs, and support integration, test, and launch site checkouts with potential travel and shifted schedules.

Lead full design cycle for Terran R primary and secondary structures: concept, analysis, sizing, drawings, testing, and manufacturing support. Use CAD and FEA tools to reduce mass and parts, own designs from requirements through production, and drive test campaigns and manufacturability improvements.
