Support Planet's international trade compliance by managing export/import licensing (DDTC/BIS), implementing Technology Control Plans, auditing manufacturing lab physical and logical access, partnering with engineering/IT/security, reviewing lab visits, and investigating digital compliance anomalies to ensure ITAR/EAR and sanctions compliance.

Build, maintain, and operate Mission Control web app and supporting microservices for satellite operations. Implement HTTP APIs, design and deploy infrastructure, automate workflows, ensure CI/CD and testing, collaborate with cross-functional teams to support spacecraft scheduling, telemetry, and operational needs.

Demonstrate Planet's data and platform value to LATAM customers through technical demos, solution recommendations, RFI/RFP responses, customer workshops, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sales and act as customer advocate.

Lead Planet's creative direction and brand evolution, translating complex Earth data and geospatial AI into clear storytelling. Build and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team, set quality and workflow standards, support executive communications, and scale creative production using AI and new technologies.

Manage and grow a book of commercial accounts (agriculture and mapping verticals) by driving value realization, renewals, and expansions. Build success plans, deliver QBRs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and act as a strategic partner bridging technical geospatial workflows with commercial outcomes. Hybrid role based in San Francisco or Washington DC.

Leads customer and partner storytelling across video, written case studies, blogs, social content, webinars, and presentations. Manages multimedia production from concept through final approval, coordinates internal teams and external vendors, develops customer advocacy pipelines, and integrates stories into marketing campaigns. Tracks content performance and program insights while translating technical use cases into compelling, human-centered narratives.
