Lead end-to-end program management for PitchBook's Commercial organization: scope and plan initiatives, track milestones, manage risks and stakeholders, maintain program dashboards and knowledge infrastructure, facilitate cross-functional workstreams, and support adoption of tools and best practices to ensure aligned execution.

Provide Tier 1 customer support via phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot issues, document interactions in Salesforce, meet contact volume and quality goals, collaborate with global teams, and surface customer pain points to inform product improvements.

Drive outbound prospecting and manage inbound leads within a fixed book of accounts to generate qualified opportunities. Conduct discovery calls, qualify prospects, maintain Salesforce records, use sales tools (LinkedIn Navigator, Outreach, Highspot, Gong), collaborate with Account Managers and BDRs, and meet monthly/quarterly quotas to grow pipeline and support revenue goals.

The Director of Product Management will define the business strategy and product roadmap, managing a team to drive revenue growth and adoption, while fostering collaboration across departments and understanding market needs in private equity and venture capital.

Architect and deliver cloud-native services powering the PitchBook platform. Lead technical design and hands-on development of microservices, ensure non-functional requirements, document architecture evolution, guide teams on DDD and integrations (including AI/LLM tooling), and drive cross-team alignment and best practices.

Design, build, and operationalize production-grade NLP and GenAI models (summarization, semantic search, classification, prediction). Develop scalable data pipelines and distributed systems, deploy models with cloud-native tooling, mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure model monitoring, evaluation, and responsible-AI practices to deliver business-aligned insights.

Manage full sales cycle to acquire new clients, demonstrate PitchBook platform, qualify needs, drive negotiations to close deals, and maintain a robust pipeline while partnering with BD associates and account teams to ensure client success and meet sales targets.
