Architects and operates secure, scalable Kubernetes platforms across AWS and AWS GovCloud, including FedRAMP environments. Leads DevSecOps, zero-trust security, Terraform and GitOps automation, observability, reliability engineering, disaster recovery, AI-enabled operations, and FinOps governance. Design, build, and deploy scalable full stack features across backend and frontend systems. Lead technical design discussions, make architectural decisions, collaborate with product and engineering teams, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, resolve performance and scalability issues, address security concerns, support deployments, and help prioritize technical debt.

Requires deep backend expertise with Java and distributed data systems, plus expert frontend skills in JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and modern tooling. Partners with engineering and product leaders on high-impact initiatives in a FedRAMP environment.

Manage a portfolio of high-value strategic enterprise accounts post-sale, driving adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion. Act as a trusted advisor to executives, lead success planning and business reviews, influence product and service roadmaps, and scale internal CS processes and tools to improve client outcomes and retention.
