Lead and grow an engineering team focused on provider growth. Lead design and implementation of the payment and clearinghouse platforms powering Headway's revenue flows. Build fault-tolerant, observable integrations (Stripe, Plaid, payers), create abstractions for adjacent teams, mentor engineers, and write high-impact code to ensure reliability, throughput, and correct reconciliation of transactions at scale.

Serve as strategic HR business partner to R+D executives: design organization structures, lead talent and performance processes, coach leaders, use people analytics to inform decisions, and drive cross-functional people initiatives that improve employee experience and manager effectiveness.

Lead data strategy for Headway's finance and revenue systems. Build metrics frameworks, forecasts, and predictive models to measure collections loss, improve revenue infrastructure, ensure auditability/GAAP readiness, and translate findings into executive recommendations and cross-functional initiatives.

Full-cycle sales role responsible for recruiting and onboarding therapists and psychiatrists to scale Headway’s provider network. Serve as first point of contact for prospective providers, drive lead generation and conversion, provide product/process feedback cross-functionally, and use data-driven experiments to optimize growth.
