Lead product analytics for Handshake's recruiting marketplace: define metrics, own analytics strategy, run experiments, evaluate ML models, perform cohort and funnel analyses, build dashboards, and partner with product, engineering, and analytics engineering to drive data-informed growth and pricing decisions.

Lead the technical direction and production operations of Handshake’s data platform, including Airflow orchestration, ingestion, batch and streaming pipelines, BigQuery, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure. Build reliable workflow development and deployment paths, improve data resilience and observability, establish data contracts, support AI workloads, troubleshoot incidents, and mentor engineers across application, analytics, ML, and cloud teams.

The role partners closely with Growth and operates in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment during Pacific Time hours.

Responsibilities include analyzing data, monitoring metrics and queues, resolving escalations, identifying process improvements, and partnering with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include developing communications strategy and operating rhythms, advising executives, running company-wide All Hands, partnering with People on employee communications and culture programs, managing internal channels and tools, translating technical work into accessible narratives, connecting internal and external messaging, and measuring employee understanding.

Manage a portfolio of 60–75 commercial customer accounts, leading onboarding, product adoption, training, success planning, QBRs, retention, and renewal support. Build relationships with senior customer stakeholders, identify churn risks and expansion opportunities, communicate customer feedback internally, and collaborate with Account Managers, Product, and Engineering. The role also contributes to scalable customer success processes and assets.

Own end-to-end product marketing for Handshake AI's frontier lab business: create positioning, translate research to market content, enable sales with playbooks and assets, shape GTM strategy, and drive event and field marketing.

Own end-to-end product design for Handshake AI’s central tasking platform. Partner with product, engineering, research, data, quality, and operations teams to develop strategic visions, conduct user research, identify workflow pain points, and deliver scalable solutions. Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while iterating quickly. Mentor designers, strengthen design culture, and apply systems thinking, product reasoning, facilitation, and precise execution to complex human-centered problems.
