Own the vision, governance, and execution of Genius AI’s design system. Build scalable component libraries, design tokens, Figma libraries, documentation, and accessibility standards across mobile and web. Partner with engineering on design-to-development handoff, support a company-wide rebrand, improve tooling with AI workflows, mentor designers, and influence roadmap priorities. The role requires strong product design and systems expertise, advanced Figma skills, cross-functional leadership, and experience scaling production design systems.

Lead a platform engineering team responsible for tier-zero systems, identity, permissions, sessions, and messaging infrastructure. Own delivery, quality, architecture, technical debt, and team development while partnering with Product, Design, and Recruiting. Embed AI tooling into engineering workflows and build AI-powered automation to improve productivity. The role also involves hiring, mentoring engineers, making architectural decisions, and connecting platform outcomes to customer value.

Own end-to-end onboarding for high-revenue customers, partnering with Account Executives and internal teams to guide data migration, payments setup, website configuration, team permissions, and product enablement. Serve as the primary customer contact, manage timelines and risks, conduct walkthroughs, resolve technical issues, document progress in CRM tools, and share feedback to improve onboarding processes.

Own the technical direction of the web platform, including shared frontend frameworks, component libraries, tooling, build pipelines, and developer workflows. Architect scalable reusable components, establish frontend standards for accessibility, performance, and design systems, and champion AI-assisted development practices using tools such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot. Identify systemic issues, improve engineering velocity, and provide cross-functional technical leadership across product teams.

Owns cross-functional People and Talent Operations initiatives spanning people analytics, AI workflow automation, HR systems, employee recognition, compensation infrastructure, process design, and employee support. Builds dashboards and workforce narratives, develops compensation frameworks and pay equity analyses, improves onboarding and operational processes, and independently resolves complex employee questions involving benefits, immigration, payroll, and leave.

Own paid-channel creative, primarily for Meta, from concept through launch. Develop diverse ad concepts and conversion-focused landing pages, analyze performance KPIs, iterate quickly, and build AI-powered production workflows. Partner with growth marketing and creative teams to create variants, scale successful campaigns, and develop ideas informed by performance data. Work in Genius AI’s NYC headquarters three to four days weekly.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Engineering, Product, and Design roles. Source active and passive candidates, build alumni, referral, campus, and event pipelines, organize recruiting events, create AI-powered sourcing workflows, screen technical candidates, manage early interview stages, and coordinate closely with recruiters and hiring managers.

Engineering interns will build, test, and ship production features for web and mobile products. They will develop AI-powered automation, write and debug code, analyze usage data with data analysts, iterate with senior engineering feedback, and learn new languages, frameworks, and AI-native development practices. The role is in person at the Union Square, NYC headquarters from June through August 2027.

Staff Backend Engineer responsible for architecting AI-powered products, integrating production LLM systems, validating designs through proof-of-concepts, and setting technical direction for high-innovation teams. The role combines architecture, planning, technical leadership, hands-on coding, roadmap development, technical debt reduction, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership. Candidates will help establish scalable backend architecture and raise engineering quality across the organization.
