Develop integrated marketing strategies, optimize budgets and targeting, draft campaign content, monitor pipeline and ROI, and collaborate with sales, marketing operations, agencies, and corporate marketing leadership. The role requires independently executing campaigns while improving reporting, processes, and messaging.

Sell supply chain and logistics SaaS solutions to Fortune 1000 customers, managing 15–25 strategic accounts. Responsibilities include exceeding quota, acquiring new business, expanding existing accounts, developing account strategies, mapping stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional go-to-market efforts, communicating value, managing pricing strategies, collaborating with customer success teams, and maintaining accurate Salesforce records.

Own product outcomes for OTR & Core Visibility: track adoption KPIs, analyze usage with SQL and analytics tools, engage customers for discovery and onboarding, prioritize backlog, collaborate with engineering/design/data science, and ship features that improve adoption, retention, and customer experience.

Own day-to-day product execution for an Inventory & Orders module: write detailed specs and acceptance criteria, synthesize customer discovery into prioritized backlogs, define integration/data requirements, partner with engineering, solutions, and customer success to ship and roll out features enabling proactive supply chain decision-making.

Lead and manage enterprise SaaS implementations for Global 1000 customers: consult on supply chain workflows, build project roadmaps, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, drive adoption through training and executive alignment, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
