Lead the Discovery Experience team to create intuitive and personalized product discovery solutions for retailers, focusing on search UX and AI integration.

Translate financial and risk tradeoffs for stakeholders and execute roadmaps through detailed PRDs and sprint-level delivery.

Lead the design, build, and operation of a centralized experimentation platform (Eppo) integrated with Faire's data ecosystem. Define strategy and roadmap for experiment lifecycle, measurement, governance, and self-service tooling. Partner with Product, Data Science, Analytics, and Strategy to ensure rigorous experiment design, metric creation, and trustworthy decision-making while guiding adoption across the organization.

Lead Inspire and the Faire mobile app vision and roadmap, owning top-of-funnel discovery (homepage, categories, seasonal hubs). Drive app redesign, collaborate with design/engineering/data science/marketing, run experiments to measure engagement and conversion, and work with senior leadership on long-term strategy.

Lead product development for search algorithms, define strategy and metrics, diagnose failure modes, evaluate technical tradeoffs, and partner with engineering, data science, design, and leadership to improve retailer search experience at scale.

Own and grow the apparel brand book by sourcing and onboarding new wholesale apparel brands. Run high-volume, data-informed sales cycles from outreach through onboarding and early success, act as category expert, mentor SDRs, collaborate with product and marketing, represent Faire at events, and optimize processes to drive category growth.
