Manage and optimize the Salesforce platform: gather requirements, configure Sales Cloud/CPQ/Billing, improve data quality and automations, support integrations, monitor system health, and lead platform initiatives, release planning, and documentation to increase adoption and stakeholder satisfaction.

Manage 1–2 engineering teams (FTEs and contractors) owning delivery end-to-end: sprint planning, backlog management, forecasting, architecture guidance, quality standards, cross-team partnerships, hiring, performance management, and knowledge sharing to remove blockers and ensure reliable shipping of broker automation systems.

Lead a software engineering team to deliver scalable, high-availability freight marketplace features. Design, architect, and implement enterprise Salesforce solutions integrated with ERP/CPQ and other systems. Lead development, integrations, DevOps/CI-CD, testing, data governance, and mentor engineers while ensuring secure, scalable, and documented implementations.
