Own Cognite’s global compensation philosophy, strategy, architecture, governance, and operational execution. Design salary, bonus, equity, incentive, and pay transparency frameworks across international markets. Lead compensation cycles, benchmarking, analytics, pay equity, compliance, and financial alignment while advising the CHRO, CFO, executives, and Board. Partner with People, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and regional teams to scale accurate, auditable compensation programs in a high-growth technology environment.

Manages and develops a North American SDR team responsible for outbound pipeline generation. Oversees KPIs, coaching, performance improvement, prospecting strategy, onboarding, and enablement. Partners with sales and marketing on messaging and campaigns, analyzes performance using Salesforce and sales engagement tools, presents insights to leadership, and participates directly in prospecting to model best practices.

Lead architecture and implementation of scalable full-stack industrial data platforms and applications. Build APIs, user experiences, infrastructure, and web services while driving technical direction, product roadmap influence, reliability, and performance. Collaborate with product managers, designers, ML engineers, domain experts, and users to deliver robust solutions. Mentor engineers, solve complex system issues, and champion maintainable, high-quality code.

Owns two anchor accounts as P&L, driving revenue, margins, value realization, expansion, and executive customer reviews. Coaches and develops Project Managers across AMER, oversees portfolio health, manages delivery risks and escalations, and reports operational performance to leadership. Partners with Sales, Finance, and Delivery leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget execution, customer satisfaction, team engagement, and PM career progression.

Drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, qualification meetings, account research, and personalized outreach across email, phone, and social media. Collaborate with account executives and marketing, manage event leads, communicate Cognite’s product value, maintain CRM records, and continuously optimize prospecting strategies for manufacturing and industrial accounts.

Build and lead Cognite’s enterprise data warehouse, semantic layer, data pipelines, integrations, and business data models. Use Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Python, SQL, APIs, and Cognite Data Fusion to deliver reporting and AI-ready data solutions. Establish data governance, security, privacy, and quality standards while partnering with Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, Legal, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
