Own product analytics and Pendo instrumentation, including tracking plans, funnels, cohorts, segments, data quality, dashboards, and KPI reporting. Partner with Product Managers on launch success criteria, adoption measurement, experimentation, and post-launch analysis. Translate product usage data into recommendations for roadmap decisions, customer value, and business outcomes. Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Data/BI teams to connect usage, account, and financial data.

Lead and build the global PMO, establishing governance, intake, prioritization, reporting, risk management, and delivery standards. Oversee complex SaaS, API, cloud, and enterprise system integrations, including AI-enabled automation initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional programs across global teams, manage budgets and ROI, support commercial reviews, and provide executive reporting. Mentor project managers, drive process adoption, and improve delivery through data, dashboards, and performance metrics.
