Build trusted customer relationships, improve data maturity and product adoption, support digital transformation, and identify expansion opportunities. Use AI tools to accelerate analysis while owning final insights and recommendations.

Own and administer enterprise IT systems, including Okta identity management, macOS MDM, Atlassian tools, endpoint compliance, and device lifecycle automation. Build and maintain Python and Bash scripts, troubleshoot provisioning and workflow issues, document processes, and integrate AI tools and MCP connectors into enterprise workflows while applying data-compliance standards.
