Own system-level definition and customer application support for GaN and synchronous-rectifier FETs used in datacenter power conversion. Responsibilities include benchmarking devices, developing simulations and analytical models, creating reference designs and application materials, supporting OEM and ODM design-ins, defining next-generation product requirements, and building evaluation platforms for high-power converter topologies.

Supports data center OEMs and power supply manufacturers using TI GaN power stage and synchronous rectifier solutions. Designs evaluation modules, troubleshoots component selection, PCB layout, thermal, and system issues, creates technical documentation, conducts customer training, supports validation and debug, evaluates new GaN devices, and performs efficiency, thermal, and reliability testing.

Responsibilities include creating test plans and programs, designing ATE hardware interfaces, characterizing and debugging silicon, analyzing yield fallout, improving test time, supporting failure analysis and qualification, and releasing products to volume production. The role requires semiconductor product test experience, analog circuit knowledge, data analysis, and collaboration across design and manufacturing teams.

Evaluate, select, install, upgrade, maintain, and improve semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The role studies equipment performance and reliability, increases uptime, supports manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering teams, monitors manufacturer updates and safety issues, and develops preventive maintenance schedules.
