Design and verify digital integrated circuits, including processor architectures, memory-management units, multicore systems, and cache systems. Responsibilities include defining specifications, analyzing architecture trade-offs, participating in design reviews, supervising IC layouts, developing behavioral models, characterizing prototypes, and coordinating product testing and releases. The program also provides exposure to design verification and analog design through training and on-the-job projects.

Design Engineering Interns will architect, model, implement, document, and characterize analog, digital, and RF integrated circuits. Responsibilities include developing specifications with business and systems teams, analyzing chip architecture trade-offs, participating in design reviews, supervising IC layouts, creating test specifications, coordinating prototype testing and product engineering, and driving behavioral models.

Support semiconductor manufacturing and process development in a diffusion operation. Qualify and enhance processes, improve yields, efficiency, quality, capacity, and cost competitiveness, and lead root-cause investigations into process or equipment issues. Analyze manufacturing data, resolve excursions, optimize thermal processes, and collaborate with engineering and operations teams in a fast-paced fab environment.

Develops resolution enhancement and design retargeting strategies for advanced semiconductor nodes. The role optimizes layout geometries for printability, yield, performance, and manufacturability; collaborates with OPC, lithography, and process integration teams; automates EDA retargeting flows; analyzes CD metrology, SEM, and simulation data; supports design rules and manufacturability guidelines; and mentors junior engineers.

Lead TI’s network engineering team and define enterprise and data center network strategy. Oversee architecture, implementation, optimization, security, resiliency, and high availability of global network infrastructure. Drive automation, cloud connectivity, infrastructure modernization, and operational excellence while partnering with infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, manufacturing, and business stakeholders. Establish engineering standards, manage vendors, ensure compliance, evaluate technologies, and develop talent through hiring, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.

Supports automotive customers using wireless connectivity products, including Bluetooth Low Energy, UWB, and wireless battery management systems. Responsibilities include RF hardware design reviews, debugging, RF development kit and reference design development, electromagnetic simulation, RF performance testing and optimization, PHY development, technical documentation, training, and cross-functional collaboration. The role also provides customer and sales support, including occasional on-site assistance.

Develop digital IP for sensing IC products from architecture through release. Responsibilities include RTL design, verification, synthesis, place and route, timing analysis, DFT, ATPG, scan testing, and prototype characterization. The role collaborates with system, analog, physical design, test, and product engineering teams; translates specifications into requirements; evaluates architecture tradeoffs; supports layout; maintains digital flows; and coordinates product releases. The first year includes TI’s Career Accelerator Program and structured technical training.

Supports high-volume 300mm semiconductor fab operations by developing improved manufacturing processes, procedures, and methods. Drives efficiency, yield, quality, cost, and cycle-time improvements; performs lot and equipment dispositions; investigates process and equipment issues; supports equipment and process startups; conducts process experiments; and applies data analysis to resolve problems. Requires semiconductor fab process engineering experience and a relevant engineering or science degree.

Drive semiconductor photolithography manufacturing and process development in a ramping fab. Responsibilities include qualifying and enhancing processes, improving yield, efficiency, quality, and machine operations, optimizing lithography materials and film stacks, leading root-cause investigations, analyzing process and equipment data, and resolving manufacturing issues through systematic problem-solving.

Supports semiconductor fab production through real-time lot and equipment dispositions, quality containment, process troubleshooting, and data-driven improvements. Develops manufacturing procedures that improve yield, efficiency, equipment operation, and quality. Provides on-shift operational support, identifies systematic process and equipment issues, and communicates findings to engineering teams. Requires flexibility to transition from first shift to an alternative shift schedule.
