Supports the Community Manager in operating two residential communities. Responsibilities include financial modeling, development budgeting, investment committee presentations, investor reporting, leasing proposals, due diligence, consultant and contractor coordination, construction oversight, site planning, and collaboration with asset management, accounting, property management, brokers, and city officials.

Provides financial and market analysis for real estate acquisitions, development projects, and asset management. Responsibilities include financial modeling with Argus and Excel, cash-flow analysis, valuation, due diligence, lease and property financial statement review, market research, comparable database maintenance, presentation preparation, and support for development activities including financing, design, contracting, and construction management.

Leads the HR Technology team and serves as Product Owner for Workday HCM capabilities including Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, and Time Tracking.
