Support and administer project contracts, schedules, budgets, buyouts, change orders, pay applications, submittals, and closeout. Coordinate with superintendent, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure quality, safety, profitability, and timely project delivery while managing project documentation and reporting.

Manage all phases of construction projects (especially data centers): plan, direct, coordinate teams, enforce contract compliance, review plans/costs/schedules, reconcile estimates, manage change orders, and ensure safety and client satisfaction.
