Leads roadway and transportation projects from scoping through delivery, overseeing geometric design, corridor modeling, plan production, budgets, schedules, PS&E quality, and multidisciplinary coordination. The role requires UDOT or comparable transportation experience, strong roadway design expertise, and professional engineering licensure.

Leads roadway design and technical delivery for transportation projects from planning through PS&E. Oversees alignments, geometrics, modeling, traffic control plans, and QA/QC; mentors engineers; coordinates multidisciplinary teams; supports scoping, pursuits, and client relationships; and establishes roadway design standards for the Draper office. Requires extensive roadway engineering experience, PE licensure, advanced design software proficiency, and knowledge of AASHTO, UDOT, and local agency criteria.
