Coordinates cross-functional agency teams across creative, analytics, social media, design, development, and project management. Serves as project owner, oversees multiple accounts, approves deliverables, resolves issues, forecasts finances, and supervises junior account staff.

Lead operational database services for Postgres and Snowflake in Azure: performance tuning, maintenance, security, replication, disaster recovery, data integration, stored-procedure development, and cross-team incident resolution to improve data quality and accessibility.

Lead and manage a project management team within the PMO, oversee program delivery for clients/brands, ensure program health (budget, scope, timeline), drive staffing and reporting, mitigate risks, develop and coach direct reports, enforce PMO processes, and improve standards across projects.

Manage end-to-end social content operations: maintain Airtable calendar, enforce SLAs, run intake and approvals, schedule and engage in Hootsuite, document SOPs, and train internal teams on workflows.

Lead full lifecycle delivery of complex strategic, creative, and technical projects across brands. Develop and manage timelines, budgets, risk registers, change logs and forecasts; run kickoffs and status meetings; coordinate billing, SOWs, and resource plans; enforce PMO standards and store project artifacts; mentor PMs/PCs and serve as escalation point for client-facing project issues.
