Execute process control system and instrumentation engineering for oil and gas, refining, petrochemical, and industrial projects. Responsibilities include detailed engineering, control system design, engineered-item requisitions, spare parts lists, supplier documentation review, technical and commercial issue escalation, stakeholder coordination, and project documentation completion.

Oversees subcontracting from bidder qualification and ITB issuance through contract administration, change management, invoicing, reporting, and closeout. Develops subcontracting strategies, mitigates commercial risk, manages client and stakeholder interfaces, ensures compliance and documentation standards, and improves subcontracting processes and tools.

Manages the full lifecycle of construction subcontracts for an energy and chemical industry project. Responsibilities include qualifying suppliers, issuing invitations to bid, evaluating commercial and technical proposals, awarding and finalizing contracts, administering execution, handling communications, invoicing, changes, reporting, documentation, and closeout. The role is site-based in Port Sulphur, Louisiana.

Supports architecture, requirements allocation, integration, testing, and technical oversight of protected, ground-mobile SATCOM terminals. Analyzes EHF waveform performance, TRANSEC compliance, interfaces, platform integration constraints, subcontractor deliverables, and system-level test activities. Participates in formal design reviews, prepares technical documentation and Government briefings, tracks risks and corrective actions, and supports fielding of MILSATCOM systems in DoD acquisition environments.

Lead development of secure modeling and simulation software and platform services in cloud environments. Design DevSecOps pipelines with GitLab CI/CD, manage artifacts through Artifactory, and develop high-performance C++ applications across Linux and Windows, including RHEL. Support system integration, testing, deployment, compliance, and documentation while providing technical leadership and mentoring. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, mission-focused platform capabilities for Department of the Air Force and broader defense initiatives.

Serve as a technical authority for defense-system manufacturability, quality, and configuration. Review technical data packages, drawings, military standards, and specifications; maintain requirements traceability; lead configuration management across hardware, software, and firmware; support configuration control boards and status accounting; conduct factory audits and manufacturing validations; and assess industrial-base and supply-chain risks affecting production continuity.

Develop interactive dashboards, visual analytics platforms, and automated reports for SATCOM, network operations, engineering, and operational data. Integrate machine learning model outputs into user-facing interfaces, including predictions, confidence intervals, explainability, and performance metrics. Establish visualization standards, guide technical architecture, collaborate across engineering and data science teams, mentor junior staff, and present findings to customers and senior leaders.
