The Engineer Process Control Analyst will manage quality programs for the MCPP-PHIL, conducting inspections, analyzing data, and improving equipment readiness and maintenance quality.

Provide SETA systems engineering support to integrate, analyze, and maintain mission systems. Develop MBSE models and digital twins, perform architecture and requirements analysis, produce reports/briefings, support automated test solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to manage risks and lifecycle activities.

Provide subject-matter expertise for ground command-and-control software across lifecycle: requirements, design, coding oversight, verification, cloud deployment, test, installation, and operations. Monitor developer readiness, assess risks and IA implications, coordinate specification changes, and mentor customer personnel while supporting DoD/IC acquisition and program-management milestones.

Design, specify, and evaluate bulk solids handling systems including pneumatic and mechanical conveying. Develop GA drawings, equipment datasheets, PFDs/P&IDs, perform material flow and sizing calculations, prepare vendor packages, support FEED through commissioning, and ensure compliance with safety codes and explosion/dust-control requirements.
