Develop and validate cost estimates, apply quantitative techniques (regression, learning curves, Monte Carlo), evaluate contractor EVM/IPMR data, build dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), support IBRs and program reviews, and brief Government stakeholders on performance, risks, and projections.
