Design, implement, administer, automate, and optimize relational and NoSQL databases for a mission-critical, containerized modeling and simulation platform. Support schema design, query optimization, provisioning, backup/recovery, replication, data governance, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and CI/CD/DevSecOps integration across cloud, hybrid, and disconnected environments.

Provide program management and systems engineering support for rocket launch missions, coordinating schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholders. Lead reviews and IPTs, develop briefings and decision packages, support launch campaign planning, verify requirements through engineering documentation and testing, and ensure compliance with DoD/USSF/SSC policies.

Perform advanced cost estimation and analysis for government space and national security acquisitions. Develop parametric models, life-cycle cost estimates, Monte Carlo risk analyses, and cost estimating relationships. Collect/normalize data, identify cost and technical risks, present findings to senior leadership, and lead detailed estimating tasks.

Manage CONUS and OCONUS deployed support services for the Marine Corps Prepositioning Program: plan international operations, oversee contract deliverables, ensure maintenance and safety compliance, manage subcontractor activities, training, inspections, quality control, reporting, and coordinate with senior leadership and government stakeholders.

Lead federal civilian business development for Data Analytics and AI programs. Build pipelines, engage customers, shape procurements, lead capture and proposal efforts for large single-award pursuits ($50M–$1B), develop partnerships, run capture strategy sessions, and win new prime contracts.

Manage multiple projects to modernize and sustain USAF weapon systems: define requirements, oversee design/prototype development, testing, integration, manage budgets/schedules, vendor/subcontracting, risk registers, and reporting to optimize reliability and maintainability.

Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for indirect non-IT categories. Develop category strategies, run RFIs/RFPs, negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance, deliver spend analytics and savings, ensure compliance, and coach procurement team members supporting global initiatives.
