Provide systems engineering and SETA support for Intelligence Community ground enterprise, design and deliver enterprise integration architectures (ESB/API/SOA/microservices/cloud), lead integration projects and teams, perform EMI/EMC testing, manage budgets, develop proposals, and provide on-site and remote server, network, and application integration support.

Support sustainment engineering for Air Force platforms (B-52, B-1, KC-135) by reverse engineering, 3D modeling, FEA, prototyping, troubleshooting electromechanical systems, writing technical documentation, and collaborating with manufacturing and project teams.

Provide SETA acquisition support for Intelligence Community Ground Enterprise Directorate: draft SOWs, assist source selection, monitor contractor cost/schedule/technical performance, oversee IDIQ task orders, support COTR, translate program needs into requirements, review deliverables, track acquisition documentation, and identify risks with mitigation support.

Provide program operations support focused on security, configuration/data management, and deliverables tracking for a Space Force program. Prepare and maintain security plans and personnel packages for SAPs, support facility/network security and inspections, track corrective actions, manage classified deliverables and acceptance, and support CM data sharing in Confluence/SharePoint/Jira. Produce security briefings and maintain functional databases to meet mission requirements.

Lead and evolve CI/CD frameworks and automation for large, complex systems; facilitate Agile Release Trains and program-level coordination (PI planning, backlog grooming); manage release planning and execution; coach teams on SAFe and Lean-Agile practices; use lifecycle tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps) to improve release predictability, reduce defects, and increase delivery velocity.

Design, test, and implement secure operating systems, networks, and databases; perform risk assessments, penetration and vulnerability analysis, and encryption work; develop cyber architectures, integrate forensic tools, and provide engineering recommendations for enterprise-wide national security systems.

Perform advanced data science R&D for intelligence/defense systems: collect and analyze large datasets, build and deploy production ML models, develop custom searches, improve analytic methodologies, and coordinate with internal and external partners to support mission goals.
