Provides systems engineering and technical integration for Sentinel Product Office systems. Leads system-of-systems architecture validation, tactical network and datalink configuration, sensor-to-shooter interoperability, field integration events, and developmental and operational testing. Coordinates with government, contractors, and test agencies; analyzes requirements, interface control documents, software issues, and test plans; supports CONUS and OCONUS range deployments, classified data handling, troubleshooting, and technical reporting.

Oversees day-to-day development operations for aerospace and defense programs and transitions them into full-rate production. Responsibilities include acquisition planning, proposal pricing, budgeting, cost and schedule control, funding projections, contract compliance, program strategy, operational reviews, and performance reporting. Support Air Force tanker aircraft programs by implementing and overseeing Agile Mission Suite Government Reference Architecture, reviewing acquisition and contractual documents, evaluating Open Systems Management Plans, and coordinating Model-Based Systems Engineering deliverables between government and vendors. The role integrates avionics, mission systems, and software applications into aircraft platforms using open systems architectures and digital engineering practices.

Develop and maintain containerized Java/Spring Boot microservices and React UIs for satellite control, scheduling, orbit and trajectory calculations. Deploy to Kubernetes, integrate vendor interfaces, support launch operations, and extend system capabilities while collaborating with mission operators and engineers on-site.

Provide senior systems engineering and technical leadership for SATCOM enterprise architecture, requirements and technical baseline management, MBSE-based requirements traceability, systems integration, risk analysis, governance, and decision support. Coordinate with government, acquisition, operational, and industry stakeholders, lead working groups, review technical baselines and changes, manage risks and issues, and prepare briefings for US Space Force leadership to ensure interoperability and capability delivery.

Provide SME SETA support for ground command-and-control software across requirements, design, coding oversight, test/verification, cloud deployments, and lifecycle support. Advise on DevSecOps, information assurance, acquisition processes, vendor coordination, discrepancy prioritization, and mentor customer personnel in segment architecture and verification.

Perform quality assurance and supplier surveillance for NASA flight hardware across the project lifecycle. Inspect PCBs, soldering, conformal coatings, harnesses, and workmanship; review process and build records; support root cause corrective actions, manufacturing/test readiness reviews, QAR monitoring, and final acceptance/packaging for shipment. Requires aerospace/NASA experience and specialty workmanship knowledge.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software systems for intelligence ground enterprise applications. Translate requirements into designs, create prototypes, implement DevOps/CI-CD and containerized solutions, use Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket/Git), lead and mentor junior engineers, ensure software quality and configuration management, and support on-site customer deliveries.

Provide systems engineering and SETA support for Intelligence Community ground enterprise, design and deliver enterprise integration architectures (ESB/API/SOA/microservices/cloud), lead integration projects and teams, perform EMI/EMC testing, manage budgets, develop proposals, and provide on-site and remote server, network, and application integration support.

Support sustainment engineering for Air Force platforms (B-52, B-1, KC-135) by reverse engineering, 3D modeling, FEA, prototyping, troubleshooting electromechanical systems, writing technical documentation, and collaborating with manufacturing and project teams.
