As a Hardware Engineer, you'll support LTI systems, ensure hardware compliance, participate in engineering reviews, and assist with technical documentation and obsolescence mitigation.

Provide advanced CAD drafting support to architectural, mechanical, electrical, and civil/structural engineers using SolidWorks and MicroStation. Interpret and detail designs, create cell libraries, produce diagrams and layouts, liaise with engineers and project managers, research equipment/site requirements, identify issues and suggest mitigations, and ensure compliance with Army regulations and industry standards.

Develop and prototype software for Army systems, port advanced algorithms into operational prototypes, test in realistic environments, work across stacks (Python/Java/C++/TypeScript), build/consume REST APIs, use databases and CI/CD, participate in code reviews, and apply secure DevSecOps practices.

Lead development of a secure modeling & simulation platform: design high-performance C++ and cross-platform (RHEL/Linux, Windows) applications, implement GitLab CI/CD DevSecOps pipelines, manage artifacts with Artifactory, integrate simulation tools, support system integration/testing/deployment, mentor engineers, and maintain compliance and documentation.

Design, develop, test, and support digital and RF electronic systems for Department of the Navy C5ISR programs. Perform systems integration, installation, verification, troubleshooting, and lifecycle sustainment. Produce engineering documentation, support lab/shipboard/field installations, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure operational performance and compliance.

Perform cost estimation and analysis for government space and launch systems; develop CERs and models using statistical techniques; create life‑cycle cost estimates (parametric, analogy); conduct Monte Carlo risk analysis; collect and normalize data; identify cost/technical risks and translate to program impacts; present findings to senior leadership and work independently on detail‑oriented tasks.

Provide acquisition logistics and product support for the ESS SATCOM program: integrate sustainment into systems engineering, develop lifecycle and provisioning plans, assess reliability/maintenance, perform supply‑chain risk and DMSMS analysis, support solicitations and transition to operations, and coordinate logistics working groups and documentation to ensure long‑term system supportability and mission readiness.
