Designs, deploys, secures, and operates AWS environments supporting mission-critical workloads. Leads government software engineering, MBSE, modeling and simulation, digital engineering, and contractor technical oversight for an Army program. Responsibilities include maintaining authoritative system models, integrating government and contractor models, managing VV&A, reviewing software architecture and testing, chairing software change control, supporting material release, validating technical data packages, and securing data rights. The role requires coordination with Army stakeholders and contractors while ensuring compliance with MOSA, acquisition, and sustainment requirements.

Evaluates and improves statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and analytic workflows supporting classified intelligence and Space and Counterspace missions.
