Lead systems engineering and integration of MILSATCOM ground architectures, apply digital engineering/MBSE, resolve interface and requirement gaps, conduct trade studies and technical assessments, lead working groups, produce briefings and documentation, and support risk and verification activities for space and ground communications systems.

Perform advanced cost estimation and analysis for government space and national security acquisitions. Develop parametric models, life-cycle cost estimates, Monte Carlo risk analyses, and cost estimating relationships. Collect/normalize data, identify cost and technical risks, present findings to senior leadership, and lead detailed estimating tasks.

Lead federal civilian business development for Data Analytics and AI programs. Build pipelines, engage customers, shape procurements, lead capture and proposal efforts for large single-award pursuits ($50M–$1B), develop partnerships, run capture strategy sessions, and win new prime contracts.

Manage all subcontract administration activities across multiple projects: supplier qualification, RFPs, proposal evaluation, negotiations, contract execution and modifications, cost and price analysis, supplier performance metrics, GR/IR strategy, and procurement support for proposals while ensuring integration with program cost, schedule, technical, and quality objectives.
