Design and coordinate mechanical plant modifications and retrofits for a nuclear facility: develop calculations, update drawings, perform field walkdowns for as-built verification, oversee external A/E deliverables, support project cost/schedule, provide outage design implementation and emergency on-call response, and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.

Maintain SharePoint and confidential files, support onboarding and restricted-facility access, administer clerical testing when required, and assist with storm-restoration or other off-hours needs.

The Director leads the enterprise data strategy and governance, ensuring high-quality data for informed decision-making. This involves overseeing data management, analytics initiatives, and collaborating with technical teams to enhance data literacy and operational performance.

Provide administrative support for plant operations including timekeeping, expense processing in Oracle, meeting minutes and logistics, filing, travel coordination, record retention, safety support, vendor coordination, and customer service. Maintain calendars, prepare reports, update Arcos, and support community activities and FMLA contact duties.

Support PMO project and portfolio performance reporting and BI. Develop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and analytics using Power BI and Excel; consolidate, validate, analyze, and report project cost, schedule, risk, and portfolio data; automate reports and improve data quality and reporting processes in partnership with PMO, Project Controls, Finance, and project stakeholders.
