Manage cost accounting, internal controls, standard costs, inventory valuation, variance analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, capital projects, reconciliations, and audit support. Partner with operations, engineering, product development, materials management, and FP&A teams to control production costs, resolve variances, maintain ERP costing data, and ensure accurate GAAP-compliant financial records.

Leads new product development and enhancements from concept through production. Maintains electronic AP records, validates payment accuracy, supports multiple ERP systems, and completes special projects while meeting accuracy and deadline requirements in a high-volume environment.

Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions, including reports, dashboards, KPIs, data models, ETL processes, and data integrations. Gather requirements from business stakeholders, optimize SQL queries, support reporting databases, and ensure data accuracy, governance, and performance. Collaborate with DBAs, application teams, analysts, and business users while documenting solutions, providing ad hoc analysis, and communicating technical information clearly.

Manages customer pricing across hardware and extruded solutions, ensuring accurate ERP entry, approvals, audit trails, contract compliance, and profitability. Performs pricing analysis by customer and product, maintains surcharge programs and analytical tools, resolves pricing and invoicing issues, supports continuous improvement, and communicates pricing information to internal teams and customers.
