Serve as primary customer contact for Stord's Commerce software, owning end-to-end onboarding, activation, and adoption. Build scalable onboarding programs, training materials, and playbooks; monitor usage and ROI; coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues, influence product direction, and drive renewals and expansion.

Design and govern operational experiments in live warehouse environments, defining hypotheses, metrics, and measurement frameworks. Execute and analyze workflow tests, inventory strategies, and simulation models to inform fulfillment configuration and automation adoption. Collaborate with warehouse associates and cross-functional teams to translate results into production pilots and scaled operational changes.

Provide timely, professional support to clients across Salesforce, email, and Slack. Triage, document, and resolve cases per SOPs, escalating complex issues. Maintain accurate case records, meet SLAs and CSAT targets, collaborate with internal teams, and develop problem-solving and system knowledge to handle more complex scenarios over time.

Serve as the primary onsite HR contact for a warehouse, partnering with operations and managers to handle attendance, investigations, corrective actions, SOPs, employee engagement, policy enforcement, and people-data analysis to improve the employee experience.

Serve as primary liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure service delivery, execute complex service solutions, drive operational efficiency, audit invoices and A/R, lead business reviews, document action items, and identify growth opportunities to improve customer outcomes.
