Promotes Stewart’s title and real estate services through inside and outside sales and marketing activities. The role supports customer success while helping maximize revenue and market share, follows established procedures, analyzes basic information, solves standard problems, and works as an individual contributor under direct oversight.

Examines public, tax, commercial, and industrial property records to determine title liabilities, legal condition, and insurability. Prepares accurate title commitments according to company policies and procedures, resolves typical title issues, communicates findings, and manages assigned workloads independently under general supervision.

Manage escrow accounts and funds for residential and commercial real estate transactions. Coordinate closings, process documents, communicate with parties, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance with company policies. Provide high-quality customer service and act as a resource for less experienced team members.

The Escrow Officer provides escrow services for various real estate transactions, ensuring smooth processing, managing accounts, and communicating effectively with customers throughout the closing process.

Provide underwriting expertise for title insurance issuance: review and analyze title searches, surveys, and risk factors; determine acceptability of business within delegated authority; support agents and attorneys with commitments and policies; explain underwriting requirements and exceptions; serve as Rhode Island subject-matter expert on title law and pricing rules.

Support escrow officers in facilitating residential and related real estate closings by performing administrative duties, providing customer service and proactive communication, following standard procedures, resolving routine issues, and managing own workload under general supervision.

Administers leave programs from request initiation through return to work, including eligibility reviews, documentation, employee and manager guidance, accommodations, reinstatement, HRIS and payroll updates, compliance monitoring, reporting, audits, and process improvement. Partners with HR and managers on staffing coverage and alternative work arrangements while maintaining confidential records and resolving leave-related inquiries.

The role involves managing financial matters, ensuring compliance with policies, and handling accounts for cancelled agents. Responsibilities include processing title policy data, recommending process improvements, and providing guidance to the team.

The Underwriting Counsel reviews title searches and insurance risk factors, evaluates business risks, determines premiums, and guides colleagues in real estate transactions.

The Escrow Assistant supports escrow officers by performing administrative tasks, providing customer support, and facilitating real estate transactions. They ensure quality communication and adherence to standard procedures throughout the closing process.
