Design, draft, and inspect aerial and underground outside plant (OSP) telecom construction projects using Visio and CAD. Prepare field notes, interpret staking sheets and DOT blueprints, maintain OSP records, support permitting and vendor relationships, perform route maintenance, and ensure projects follow industry standards and safety procedures. Frequent fieldwork with occasional travel and overtime.

Manage inbound and marketing leads for SMBs (<50 employees), qualify and convert prospects, drive upsell/cross-sell, maintain CRM/ERP accuracy, meet pipeline and retention targets, coordinate with CX for account reviews and issue resolution.

Manage and design outside plant (aerial and underground) telecom construction projects, create drawings and Staking Sheets, inspect contractor work, maintain OSP records, support permitting and project timelines, perform field maintenance and occasional travel (up to ~20%).
