Responsibilities include hiring and mentoring engineers, setting technical direction, deploying and integrating software, operating systems, hardware, and autonomy technologies, managing customer-facing programs, developing scalable delivery practices, reviewing architectures, and resolving complex technical tradeoffs with defense and government customers.

Design and review schematics and PCB layouts for compute, sensor, and interface hardware. Support board bring-up, troubleshooting, validation, reliability testing, and embedded-system integration. Collaborate with software, firmware, mechanical, vendors, and contract manufacturers on prototyping, DFM/DFT, documentation, and production ramp. This entry-level role is intended for candidates graduating by December 2026.

Define and manage system- and software-level requirements for a new Vehicle OS product using MBSE (Cameo, SysML). Ensure traceability, validation/verification, ASPICE Level 2 processes, and tool configuration (Polarion, Cameo). Collaborate with developers and QA to align implementation with requirements and support system integration and testing with real-world sensors and production hardware.

QA Engineer responsible for creating automated test scripts, building and running test programs for autonomy products, analyzing results, triaging autonomy and hardware issues, and owning sign-off and reporting for feature releases and testing improvements.

Conduct research on 3D vision, reconstruction, and generation for autonomous systems; publish in top-tier venues; collaborate with engineers to test and deploy algorithms into autonomy and simulation products.

Maintain and administer the recruiting tech stack (Ashby and integrations), provide first-line support to recruiters and hiring managers, manage core recruiting workflows and approvals, build reports and audit data quality, deploy AI/automation to improve processes, partner on onboarding and integrations, and write SOPs and enablement documentation.

Perform offensive and defensive security testing for vehicle software and backend systems, lead V&V efforts, set up penetration test benches, audit code, run fuzzing and vulnerability research, prioritize and drive mitigations, and work with internal teams and customers to develop secure automotive products per ISO 21434 and UN R155.

Lead embedded security for vehicle platforms: assess product security, establish and maintain secure boot, integrate HSMs and key management, maintain BSPs, apply cryptographic standards, and collaborate with software/hardware/QA/product teams to embed security across the product lifecycle.
