Perform hardware-software integration, SIL/HIL testing, system bring-up, troubleshooting, field flight testing, and customer demonstrations. Collaborate with autonomy engineers, defense customers, and UAS vendors to deliver dependable vehicle intelligence capabilities.

Develop and deploy drone autonomy software on embedded platforms and real UAVs. Integrate autonomy stacks with autopilots, datalinks, sensors, navigation systems, and ground control stations. Perform hardware and software bring-up, SIL/HIL testing, live flight tests, troubleshooting, and customer demonstrations. Collaborate with autonomy engineers, defense customers, and UAS vendors to deliver reliable vehicle intelligence systems.

Own and maintain HD maps infrastructure across products. Define map storage formats and distribute map data for UIs, data pipelines, storage, and SDKs. Collaborate with engineers and customers to design and implement mapping and localization solutions.

Own and execute the global benefits program end-to-end: strategy, vendor management, open enrollment, Workday configuration, self-funded and fully-insured plan administration, broker/carrier RFPs and renewals, cross-functional compliance and reporting, benefits analytics, and employee communications and education.

Own and maintain end-to-end HD maps for autonomy products: lead implementation, define map storage format, optimize data pipelines and SDKs, and collaborate with engineers and customers to deliver mapping and localization features.

Lead technical customer engagements from pre-sales through delivery for vehicle data and simulation projects. Create technical proposals, manage timelines and resources, act as single point of contact, track milestones and deliverables, and surface unmet product needs to internal teams. Collaborate closely with customers and internal subject-matter experts to implement solutions and expand engagements.

Own and develop a multi-environment compute platform for workload scheduling, resource allocation, and node lifecycle. Solve distributed systems challenges (GPU scheduling, autoscaling, resource efficiency), ensure production reliability and scalability for simulations, collaborate across teams, and drive architecture to expand orchestration company-wide.

Lead technical programs for defense autonomy customers: act as single point of contact, drive project execution, coordinate subject-matter experts, track milestones and deliverables, develop technical proposals from RFQs, engage customers to identify needs, and adjust resources and timelines. Role requires on-site collaboration and customer travel (~25%).
