Lead development and implementation of QA processes for the Self-Driving System organization to achieve ASPICE and ISO 9001:2015 compliance. Define processes, train teams, perform independent product and process audits, run assessments, track and close non-conformances using RCA methods, maintain QA traceability and KPIs, interface with change control, and provide quality feedback during design reviews.

Optimize and deploy ML models to production embedded runtimes. Improve inference latency and efficiency across accelerators, prune/quantize models for memory‑constrained platforms, profile on target hardware, and collaborate with ML and software teams on architecture and integration.

Serve as the technical anchor between Silicon Valley HQ and Korea market: lead customer discovery, host workshops and demos, develop solutions with Product and Engineering, iterate technical scope and business models, guide proposals, and plan revenue strategy across automotive and adjacent domains. Requires frequent international travel.
